How to burn AVI to DVD playable on TV?

This tutorial teaches you how to convert and burn AVI to DVD. When you download movies from p2p torrent sites and make your home movies, most probably that you will end up with an AVI format movie. Want to play AVI files on home DVD player sharing with friends? This is especially important when you have camcorder which produces AVI movies. You can simply burn AVI movies to DVD. Remember not all software will let you burn AVI to DVD. With the right software, you can convert and burn AVI to DVD very easily. Step 1 Add AVI videos
Once you’ve launched the AVI to DVD Converter, you may add videos to it by clicking on Load Videos button. Alternatively, you can drag and drop AVI videos to the tool. Drag and drop loaded AVI videos to the storyboard below to make further operations.


Step 2 Create DVD menu
Select a DVD menu from the built-in various DVD menus to make a real DVD. You may also customize the DVD background by adding your own photo. You may skip this step by using the default Menu.

Step 4 Burn AVI videos to DVD
Now you can convert and burn AVI movies to DVD disc by clicking Start button under Burn tab. Also, you can burn burn AVI movies to ISO file and DVD Folder. Click “Burn”, select the “DVD Folder” or “ISO file” option, specify a folder to save generated DVD files, then click “Start” to start converting AVI video to ISO or DVD folder.

Now you have finished converting AVI to DVD, you can play your AVI files on home DVD player in your living room through TV. Go give it a try yourself.

Tips:
Some DVD players can play .AVI and .MPG files. If yours is one of these – you can burn the files just like a data disk. (All of this can be found in the owner’s manual.) If your DVD player does not support these file types – you need to use DVD Creator Program to burn the AVI to a standard DVD disc so it can be playable and watchable on a DVD player.
